Privacy Policy

At Nebula Pulse, we prioritize the security of your infrastructure and the privacy of your data. This policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Data Collection

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Cluster Metadata: Non-sensitive configuration data (node counts, service names, image tags) required to visualize and manage your Swarm.
  • Analytics: Information collected via Google Analytics, including IP addresses, browser types, and session duration to improve platform performance.
  • Account Information: Email address and authentication metadata used for dashboard access.

2. Usage of Information

Your data is used strictly for:

  • Providing and maintaining the Nebula Pulse management interface.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing support.
  • Analyzing aggregate usage trends to optimize the UI/UX.

3. Data Protection

We employ industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS for data in transit. We do not store your Swarm's actual application data—only the metadata required for orchestration.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with essential service providers (e.g., Google Analytics, payment processors) who are contractually obligated to protect your information.

5. Your Rights

You may request the deletion of your account and associated metadata at any time through the account settings or by contacting support.
